To maximize your companies' exposure, all scheduled morning and afternoon teas will take place in and around the Trade Display area, as well as the first major social function of the conference which is the Poster Cocktail Function on Monday evening. The final social function of the conference, the Silent Auction, will also be held in this area on Thursday evening.

A maximum of 10 displays are available for purchase. All exhibitors will receive as part of their package a display table and backing board.

Trade Exhibition includes:

  • Board ideally suited to Velcro™ or pins
  • One table and two chairs
  • One sign with your company name
  • Onsite costs such as cleaning, electricity, construction and dismantling
  • On-call management assistance before and during the conference
  • List of conference delegates
  • Complimentary tickets to the Welcome Reception for two people
  • Complimentary day registration on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, for two people, to include:
    • entry to presentations during the conference
    • morning/afternoon tea and sandwich lunch
